cash, checks or credit cards. Credit card purchases are
subject to a 3% processing charge. Returned checks are subject
to a $30 NSF fee for each time the check is put through the system. Real Estate: Winning bidders of all
real estate auctions must place 10% of final hammer price down on
day of auction with balance due within 30 days. Down payment
may be made by credit card, with the normal 3% processing fee
applying. Condition of Items: Auction items are sold
as-is with no warranty and all sales are final. Please inspect
the inventory prior to bidding and know what item is being
auctioned. If you have any questions about an item, the time
to ask those questions is prior to the item being sold. Feel
free to ask any of the New Breed Auctions staff any questions during
the auction. Absentee Online Bidding:
Winning absentee bidders will be charged an 18% buyers premium as well as
all shipping fees and any transfer costs. This premium includes the
3% credit card processing fee.
Guns will be shipped from licensed PA gun dealer, Dead Center Arms,
to a local dealer of winning bidder's choice. Any background checks
or transfer requirements will be the responsibility of the winning
bidder.
High bidders will be contacted at online bidding end, before the
live auction. At this time bidder must provide credit card
information for authorization as well as to confirm the high bid.
Winning bidders credit card will be charged within 48 hours of
auction end, prior to shipment of goods.
Shipping will be determined at end of auction based on the weight of
the item(s) and the delivery destination. Buyer may also arrange to
pick up goods at an upcoming New Breed Auctions auction.
Only winning bidders will be notified of a win. Auction results will
be available within 72 hours of the end of the live auction for
those who have not been contacted. |
